What is your typical turn around time?

Most smaller projects are delivered within 24–48 hours. Longer projects—such as extended corporate narration, eLearning modules, or long-form content—may require additional time depending on length and scope.

Do you offer directed sessions?

Yes. Directed sessions can be arranged via Zoom when needed. A studio fee applies for live, directed sessions. Availability depends on schedule and technical considerations.

How do you determine your rates?

Rates vary based on usage, project length, and the scope of the work. If you’re new to voiceover or looking for a general ballpark, the
GVAA Rate Guide is an excellent reference for current industry standards.

Because I work from a dedicated home studio with low overhead, I’m often able to offer competitive rates while remaining aligned with industry guidelines. I’m always happy to discuss project details and provide a custom quote.

What file formats do you deliver?

Final audio is typically delivered as high-quality WAV or MP3 files. I’ll ensure your audio meets the technical specifications required for your project or platform, including bitrate, sample rate, and loudness standards. Audiobook projects are delivered in compliance with ACX requirements unless otherwise specified.

Where do you record?

I record from a dedicated, broadcast-quality home studio designed for clear, consistent audio, using professional-grade equipment and software on every project.

Are you available for same-day projects?

Same-day turnaround may be available for shorter projects, depending on scope and current schedule. Please reach out as early as possible to confirm availability.

How do you handle pickups or corrections?

If a correction is needed due to my mistake, I will always fix it promptly at no charge.

For short-form projects (such as commercials or brief messaging), I include up to two rounds of minor pickups at no additional cost. Any additional revisions, rewrites, or pickups beyond that—or requests related to longer-form narration—are handled as a new session or studio booking.

Are there any types of content you don’t record?

I don’t record explicit sexual content or erotica. I prefer projects without profanity; however, I understand that context matters and may consider mild language when it serves the script. I reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with my values or professional standards. If you’re unsure whether a project is a good fit, I’m always happy to discuss it.
